The renovated rooms are spacious and very clean with a comfy king-size bed. Nice decor and layout. Great air conditioning, TV, and fridge. Bathroom's excellent with free toiletries. Location’s perfect on the boardwalk near the beach. The casino and pool are super convenient. Parking's only $10 for the whole stay!

The place is luxury, the staff are top-class and helpful.

Its rooms are well-kept and beautifully decorated with Bally's AC, big tub, water all over the carpet for a really good stay.

The property was clean and staff was competent. Our room was fashionable and recently refurbished, enjoyed the amazing view. The hotel had a particularly good location close to Boardwalk Hall. You could walk to a mall and gift shops.

Friendly staff and a chill vibe

Had a solid experience with nice staff, and it wasn't too crowded. Johnny Rockets on the boardwalk was awesome with great service. The room could've been cleaner, and the smoke smell was a bit much. The elevators were super slow and one was always down. Definitely room for improvement, but it wasn’t all bad.

Huge & fairly clean hotel, excellent service, prime location between everything. Updated, cheap rooms provided with good internet and very nice decoration, for example.

Fun, Fun, Fun

The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the boardwalk! The bed was oh-so-comfy, and I loved lounging by the indoor pool. With beach access and endless entertainment, it was the perfect getaway!

The view was stunning and made the room feel fancier than it was. I saved a bundle on the room rate and liked that the location was super close to the boardwalk.

Swimming pool, casino and location

The room was very small and if you looked out the window you couldn't see anything because there was a wall that covered the whole view and in the reserve it said it had a view, I didn't know it was a view of a wall.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the restaurant was nice and had lots of food. Breakfast was adequate, the best we had in Atlantic City.

Check-in was a hassle, taking four hours and resulting in a room with someone else's key. Room 3835 was disappointing—dirty and outdated, with a damp smell throughout common areas. Although the bed was comfortable and the room spacious, the view of burn stains on the carpet was hard to ignore. Housekeeping was lacking; dirt and hair on the bathroom floor made me question cleanliness. The $10 parking fee felt excessive. The location was convenient for the concert, but the overall experience fell short. I wouldn’t choose to return here.

The Junior Suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. I enjoyed a partial ocean view from my corner room, which added to the experience. there were minor issues, such as a smoke detector that needed a battery replacement. The carpet had a few stains, which detracted slightly from the overall appearance. The temperature control was effective, keeping the room comfortable throughout my visit. Despite some cleanliness concerns in common areas, the suite itself was nice for the price, and the staff were always helpful and pleasant.
